This is the worst post office ever! No supervisor to talk to, no help and Johnny was so rude I walked out 1

I'm out of town and have been trying to speak with someone at this post office all week. NONE of my calls have been answered. Today the phone rang for 15 minutes straight with NO ANSWER. I finally gave up. Ireally don't understand why they provide a number if no one is going to pick up and help a local customer. It's VERY disheartening... not to mention aggravating. This location needs a lesson is good customer service. Not answering a business phone is BAD customer service.

They didn't deliver my package because it was an "undefined address", which is the address I always get mail & packages at. Literally an Apt complex with an Apt #... Simple. I called them to resolve the issue & they said they would call me back in 20-30 min. One and a half hours later I called back and they let the phone rig for Five minutes.... then another Five.... and another Five until I finally gave up.. I kid you not. The USPS has been around since 1971 however in all that time they still haven't figured out how to do their job do their job adequately.

This is my local post office. Since my husband is military and deployed, I use them often to send mail/packages more often than maybe the average person. I ALWAYS have good service here. Yes, sometimes you have to wait, but is that really a big deal?

They've gone postal! 🤪
I've had the same issue, they just got a new supervisor and manager a couple weeks ago so I'm hoping to see a change
You will get a notice to pick it up inside the post office maybe
I would go to the post office or put a note in the out mail for them
Tell your post office you lost key
Have you asked your letter carrier?
I would go in and talk to a supervisor, I know it's pain
I don't think so it wouldn't be safe
Depending on time of day usually 5-10 minutes.
Call your local post office. The office that delivers your mail.
The best way is to send a letter to the postmaster general, consumer advocate with names, addresses involved, post office branch number, date of issue, receipts and any other documentation you have, and copy the local branch supervisor.
