Let’s hope these new apartments get better management… these people do not care about their tenants. Very poor communication, we found ourselves getting sent to voicemail a lot when we called the office for help. There is a complete lack of professionalism with the people that work here. Our downstairs sink clogged up early on in our lease and we made multiple maintenance requests- all which got ignored. Pray you don’t have a fire in your house because they don’t provide a fire extinguisher for all of the units as well… this area has a lot of potential so it’s unfortunate that the people running it don’t seem to care. Best of luck to any future tenants- you’re probably going to need it

If I could give it less of a star than one I definitely would this was the worst living experience I’ve ever lived in there’s roaches poor management can’t get anybody to ever come out to fix anything my electric bill has been $300 for the past four months because maintenance won’t come out to fix my air conditioning unit an influx of roaches because they’re doing construction and all the dirty neighbors are moving out and they’re crawling over to our house and I can’t get anybody to spray for them also the management is very poor communicating and just in general can’t ever get rent paid because the office is nonexistent you have to go to a completely different site to pay for rent The inside is nice but very cheaply and poorly renovated gaps in the doors to let air out didn’t clean off the paint off of any door knobs light bulbs fixtures paint splattered everywhereParking lot is disgusting and so is the trash area constant shattered glass everywhere no room to drive the construction is absolutely horrible no amenities whatsoever that we’ve been paying for and we signed a lease saying that we would get these amenities just to be told a few days after that we would never be able to use our pool or the dog park or the laundry mat ever again because it’s getting torn down way overpriced for something that’s not worth it at all

called 4 different times through the week to check on availability and tour. they havent answered the phone yet. left two messages no call back. guess I wont be renting here then. this isn't a good sign even if they did call back at this point.. UPDATE: tried again this week called three times so far, not a single answer.
