Hi, I bought a TruSTIK but can’t get it to work. No response to the button push at all. When I charge it, it starts with a red light, that eventually goes to green, then to white...? Then I unplug it and nada.. Anyone else?

Bring it in and you should be fine, just make sure the cartridge is fully inserted, sometimes it feels as if it is, so I usually take it out and put it back in.

Take it back in ... They are wonderful. I've had it happen. No problems at all.

Try flipping the cart around. Or just up and back down. It has to be in there just right

Yeah bring it in they'll replace it usually

Definitely bring it in and talk with the sales associates. They'll get you settled.
