I suggest you consider using CBD as a regular part of your therapy. CBD is outstanding for anxiety, plus it has dozens of other health benefits! Of the THC spectrum of products, Indica is an excellent at relaxation and/ or sleep, so may also help with mania. Also their Hybrid compound may be helpful. They are VERY helpful and responsive to your questions and concerns in the store!
Be careful with thc for bi polar. It can cause more extreme and often out of control manic episodes. Everyone is different, just be wary because the relaxing effects can fool you until you find yourself more manic than ever before. Cbd seems to help balance moods and is a great alternative to lithium. Hope it helps, speaking from personal experience.
They have many alternatives. I would recommend the trueclear. It works best for me. They have different strains for a variety of symptoms.
