It's a good 2 months before you'll get your card. Medical records, Passport pictures, forms for Tallahassee, etc. I can't say enough about Melissa Blake and Dr. Mitchell with #LiberateJax in Orange Park and #TrulieveJax 😊💖👍Bravo!
The doctor's come there to see patients on a schedule. I am not 100% sure what the current schedule is.
They are currently seeing patients there, but they are building a permanent office, off site, elsewhere. So yea, get up there and make you an appointment.
