You absolutely can NOT use any other state's medical card in Florida to purchase ANY products from a dispensary. You must register with the State of Florida first. They are working on a system to allow out of state card holders to purchase while here but nothing as of 5/25/2020.
U can't get thc in FL until we get enough people to recognize that thc amplifies cbd's pain killing effect and is a hell of a lot more effective for most pain.At least that's been my experience. I hope the stuff here has at least some thc init, no matter how little.
