that sucks, i. sorry your experience was not satisfactory the best addvice i can give you is to always remain calm and exhibit a good example of how to be professional. you can't yell back and then complain.
Be sure to report it to the corporate offices. It's the only way to correct it. If you are calm and reasonable when you report it, that will add to your case.
