Not the best experience I've had at Popeyes. The gentleman that took the order was very short and didn't sound like he wanted to assist. Also they didn't have chicken on hand and it took over 25 minutes to make new, your a fried chicken place you should have it on hand. Additionally they only had lemonade and sweet tea available?? Probably won't be back to this one. I had to go in to get my order and found out the problem, there was only teenagers working the FOH operations and one kid trying to spear head a handful others to work. The only adult on site was the dishwasher. With a management structure there is potential in the young man that was trying to hold it together today!

Worst SERVICE EVER@ POPEYES - chicken in Garland/ TX on Beltline / N. Shiloh Rd. Apparently the drive Thru closes@8:45 at this location not 10 PM like the sign on the window say ...I had to pull up to the window and knock on the window for help. The lady came to the window, opened it up and looked at me like I was interrupting her dinner... apparently I was because in her other greasy hand was the chicken she was eating. I was like, WHAT THA...? What you want! Was how she greeted me. I asked, "are you all open?"She was annoyed with me question, I guess because it was 9pm and they had a whole hour left to be frying chicken. Anyways, she continued being rude, charged me$18 for 2-2 PC. Meals. The drinks tasted like water with Sprite in it and my SPICY 2PC White was overcooked 2 PC chicken trimmings. That employee was out of line, rude, she took my money and she's lazy. POPEYES YOUR PRODUCT IS GOOD. YOU SHOULD BE MORE SELECTIVE OF WHO YOU LET WORK AT YOUR ESTABLISHMENT. NO CAP. I GIVE THIS EXPERIENCE A 👎🏾

I wish anyone could explain the poor customer service, lack of assistance & blatant disrespect received at location #13449 when attempting to pick up order #40 placed via your app utilizing reward points. I was denied service. Not provided a number to your corporate offices & denied management assistance. ** CORRECTION. Location #13495 (the manager who refused their name also provided incorrect details regarding the location)

Was at this store last night asked for a box of all white chicken, asked twice if they could give me all white 8 piece. Paid $20 and some change for it and it was a mixed box, after I triple asked for all white ….. I want the diff back for my money or I want what I paid for. This is ridiculous. I got 2 wings, 2 breast tow thigh two legs, we are Not going to eat the legs never. Please do the right thing. Ty.
