Terrible customer service experienced while accessing my locker multiple times. I was turned away once as they said it’s lunch hour. During another interaction they refused to let me in as they could not find paperwork proving I’m the owner. During another interaction I got yelled at (I know it’s unbelievable) as I’m supposed to book an appointment with a banker before I show up but no one picks up the phone. I ended up closing my account. Stay away.

I have been an account holder for a while, I called the branch where Maria answered all my questions, she was very courteous and offered me the best choice that helped me solve my issue.

This is literally the slowest branch I’ve ever been to. I was the first person in line, and it has literally taken me almost 20 minutes just to receive a money order. Every time I come here I have to wait an extremely long time. Last time I was here I was in the drive though for over an hour. Trying to avoid that this time I came at open and I’m still here. It’s ridiculous.
