It's only legal for medical needs in Florida, Mr Marshall, not recreational use. Unless you have a medical need you cannot qualify. Are you depressed? Got glaucoma? Chronic pain? There are other reasons for medical marijuana.

No. You have to have the card and a doctor write a prescription.
