i noticed we can file electronically since I didn't file my paper paperwork yet and I was seen about 3 mos. ago , is there a possibility of the office registering my name into the state so I can complete info and make payment w/ PayPal ?

Yes, go online finish filing out forms and it will have you pay with your debit card, sign a electronic signature. Make sure you have a headshot photo with a white background only. Like a passport. No hats, no scarves just you. Paperwork showing your address such as a voter registration card to upload to site. And you should get your temporary with 3 to 4 weeks.

You can pay the clinic doctors fee in cash or visa/mastercard. I believe the state accepts a debit card payment online and or checks. Not paypal.
