I decided to go in office for my first visit I have severe anxiety I didn't know what was worse an office visit or online I chose to go in to make myself get my anxiety under control I feel it's easier to dip out if it's online but I'm so happy I went. I let myself get way too worked up I made myself sick thankfully she has so many therapy dogs it's so relieving it helps take your mind off of your anxiety when you can pet the dogs it really does help calm you down and break the ice. I'm just so thankful I was able to finally be heard I was a nervous wreck she listened to me blabber on, she didn't judge me she explained things so well that it blew my mind how she was able to help me understand and make sense of why I am the way I am. She also took into account of what has worked for me and what hasn't instead of that generic bubble I was feared of being put in everything was tailored to really help me. I know this is long but I can't say enough how cool and understanding she is. Mr. Mike is super sweet too.Dont let anxiety eat away at you any longer start taking steps and make an appt.
