Your guest greeder Casey (it’s a guy) has such a bad attitude and did not even ask for our name and when I told him it was 3 of us, he completely ignored me. I believe if they can’t have a good attitude to work, they shouldn’t work at all.

I have had no problems at IHOP. it has to do with the one you went to.

The last time my wife and i went to ihop we were treated really nice and did not have to wait to long to get out meal

Sorry can't help. The few times I have been there I was treated nicely. Greeted and seated nicely. The servers have always been nice also. No excuse for bad behavior but maybe something bad had happened to him and he was having to deal with it. We have all been there. (Bad days)
