I placed a online curbside pick up order that said it was ready at 12:30. I called upon my arrival to let them know I was here. A very unprofessional names Sarah answered the phone and said “well have you come inside to get it” no.. I placed curbside pick up.. then says give me 10 minutes and hangs up.. it took 20 minutes for someone to bring it out to me and I was missing part of my order.

Customer service is terrible. Workers take forever just to even get started taking your order. Its just terrible

Would give 0 stars if it would let me. First my sandwich tasted burnt from the last order they toasted. Secondly and most importantly I am a manager, whomever runs the shifts during 3and4pm need to be retrained or better yet fired. The staff was absolutely to loud and unprofessional to the fullest extent with no manager correction. Mind you it was so loud by employees that I got up threw that nasty food in the trash and walked out. I suggest you use another location in terrell much better service and definitely taste better:(

Worst Subway I've ever had , workers act like u work for them. Pants falling down , flirt with coworkers instead of listening to order; ridiculous.
