Do you have to have the title

I think you have to have some form of ownership papers stating the car/truck is actually yours. Otherwise , there would be a lot of missing cars and trucks. I hope this helps.

Honestly I'm not sure. If you ate trying to scrap the car I believe so. That statue was passed some years back but there are a few places which will buy a car or salvaged car without a title. I would suggest Google to find one. Hope this helped,
