Is this place still open? Last two times I've been during normal business house they are closed with no sign of life. Only two signs saying "clean-up after yourself" and that's it. Tried to call HQ and no answer. Should I cancel my membership?

Just stopped to use vacuums

I went today in the morning this time when is suppose to be opened and same, there’s no one there and can’t get the car wash. Im thinking I need to cancel as well!
