I had an appointment at 1130. Missed 1 call this morning. Walked in right at 1130. Was informed that they were closing due to weather at 12, (rain and wind). I asked how long the appointment would take. 40 minutes was the reply. I guess 10 min over the closing was too much. I can understand if this is a fast food restaurant and you wanted to order breakfast 10 min after they stopped serving. If you order a pizza at 10:59 and they close at 11, they still make it. If you need to cancel an appointment, wouldn't you think you'd try to call multiple times in order to get in touch with someone personally? I guess since rain and wind make this place close, you better not make an appointment seeing that pretty much every day is a 50/50 chance of the weatherman being wrong. I'd give 0 stars but that's not an option.

They were able to schedule us quickly for our 1st puppy well visit! Dr. Salmen was very patient with all my questions and carefully examined our baby girl. We received a bag of new patient goodies, and we were able to use a coupon for our visit. I definitely would recommend this veterinary animal hospital!
