It has been more than a year since my Dad died. After constant requests, I still have not received a death certificate from Thomas Funeral Home. It is my understanding that they are required by law to provide a death certificate to the family. Nor have I received the funeral register that would show those that attended the funeral. Unfortunately I paid the bill in full immediately after the funeral. Big mistake!

We used Thomas Funeral Home this November when my dad passed. Tim and his team were excellent, they treated us with dignity and respect. Grant was a blessing to us at all time. We know our father was in the right place since the moment we first meet with Tim, words are not enough to thank all of them. We wish that we don’t need to use their service any time soon, but whenever we need them we know they will be there for us with the best service possible. Our experience with Thomas was mixed. While they made a helpful suggestion during our initial meeting, they failed to get a good phone number for the family. When the funeral home had a question for the family, they told us they couldn't reach us. As a result, they made a decision that upset a daughter and granddaughter. When the mistake was discovered, no one from the funeral home apologized or said they were sorry it happened. That would have gone a long way toward better feelings for the family.
