Never going back there. The nurse was extremely unprofessional. She was talking on the phone while she was taking my BP and getting my health history. It seemed like they didn’t care for their patients. Also the nurse was asking me very personal health questions with other nurses and patients around. There was no confidentiality. In the patient rooms, there were no biohazard trash bags. And when the nurse was prepping all the equipment for the doctor, she squirted the lubricant jelly on top of the paper on the supply tray which I thought was not very clean. I don’t want to get an infection from that. The paper that is used on the patient seat looked like it had been used and it looked like they had not pulled a clean roll of paper for the next patient. Extremely unsanitary. This place needs a health inspection bad. And the staff needs to be more professional. And the doctor said that the pain that my partner was experiencing from intercourse from my IUD was caused by “imagination”. That was very insulting. If a patient is concerned about their health and their body, the doctor should listen to the patient and take their concerns seriously.
