You can walk or bike across
Queensboro Bridge has upper and lower road way I never saw a bike path. There is also a tram that runs alongside but that goes to Roosevelt Island.
If you are starting off across the bridge from the queen side and Queens Boulevard you can cross the bridge on foot through the bike path is not recommended though cuz it's pretty long
No footbridge....cable car only.
