What time are people to be there to get a bed

I thought it was 3. They have everyone wait in dining area, assign beds and take you up. Then they bring you down for dinner

Our doors open at 4pm and admit everyone in line.

agreed, 7 is a good time, it is likely summer hours. Dinner is earlier. It's not a bad thing to stop by to ask at the stair entrance or at the other related building doors on the next street over of the same building.

Try about 7 o'clock. 8 or 9 would be cutting it close. They serve dinner but, forget what time. It's different for men and women.
