Thanks .lol With my reply came PAGES of of rules and all types of stuff I need a lawyer to translate . Why not make it a little bit more simple for a person to file a complaint against a bad agent ? Feel free to contact me about it😁

What a great organization representing Realtors throughout New Jersey.

What makes this the best state REALTOR(R) Association is the staff. The New Jersey RELATORS(R) staff is professional. They possess expert knowledge in areas under their cognizance. They value their members and provide us with the standards of service that exceeds what one expects at Nordstroms or the Ritz. I am very proud to be a member of this organization, and I treasure the staff. Thank you NJR Staff.

In NJ, you have one year from the last day of your completed class to pass the license exam and affiliate with a licensed broker. If you don't get it done in that time, you will need to take another pre-license class to qualify to take the exam.

Courses include REALTOR® Code of Ethics (2 Ethics Credits), Avoiding the Unauthorized Practice of Law (1 Core Credit) and Complying with the Fair Housing Act (1 Fair Housing Credit). Additional low cost online courses are available as well for both members and non-members.
