Due the inclement weather schools and pretty much everything is gonna be shut down today they are expecting up to 12 inches of snow today.
Scranton City Hall is closed 3/8/18 due to impending inclement weather. County Admin. and Courthouse buildings are also closed as well as the COLTS bus system.
