Unfortunately not. You can see the seasons when you try to book a camp site. It's usually April through October or thereabouts. In the off season the camp site is cleared out. Yoy would book your camp site for your desired stay then move your camper at the conclusion of your stay. If you are seeking a seasonal campsite with the option to park your RV over winter I suggest looking at Normandy Farms Campground in Foxborough, MA. There is no ocean but its an easy day trip to Cape Cod and there are many amenities onsite. There are likely others; this one I happen to be familiar with and it consistently receives very high ratings. On Cape Cod Massachusetts you can try Nickerson State Park. You're not on the ocean but very close to it and many swim options on site. They are unlikely to allow over winter camper parking though.
No
I don't believe so. You can book up to 21 consecutive days then leave the park for 5 days and then return.
No, you can't. 2 weeks is the maximum stay
No you can't park it there year round. It's a State Park, not private
