The Internet says it’s open from 830 to 4. So I don’t know if you park on the outside of the gates and walk in if that’s acceptable or not.

You were able to but unfortunately lately they Chace you off the beach closes at sun set 😢 we love the sunset and have seen many there so imagine it's just the time you go there
