I did my application in October and still have not gotten my benefits. I don't know what else to do. I turned in required documents.

Sorry to hear that but its hard to get someone on the phone too so u may need to go stand in line at the office early as they open so someone can tell u something about your case but this is typical they dnt care because its not them and this is one of the worse defacs ive ever seen.the problem is laziness
