The Restaurants (Westbrook & New Haven) that have waitress service will have around 50% of our indoor seating starting Wednesday June 17th. The Madison restaurant, especially in Spring & Summer and early Fall- has been primarily a Picnic Area Restaurant and Take-Out. From what we are hearing from our customers, we are going to stick with our current procedures for the time being in Madison. We literally would get very few seats- with proper social separation- and then most likely would not be able to continue to run our curbside takeout and also hostess seating in the Picnic Table Area. Right now our small dining room is being used to stage all of the food being brought out to cars and also being delivered to the Picnic Tables.
