For this place you dont need care credit to make a payment plan. You do however have to have a percentage down to book your date and it has to be paid in full 2 weeks prior to your surgery. You do go under general anesthesia as well.
If you can obtain care credit then yes. But the procedure had to be paid prior. I'm not sure what procedure you are speaking of so I don't know about anesthesia.
