You can bring a dog and sit on our porch area there is a side entrance to it that doesn't go through the restaurant

No , but who would allow dogs in a area where food is being prepared openly. It's actually against health codes. Please know I'm a dog lover myself having three dogs I wouldnt think to taking them in an open cooking area.
Not really. There is a patio for outdoor seating so it may not be a problem.
Not inside...but there is seating outside where dogs can be.
