It's been a couple of years living here. Very quiet with lots of amenities and great location. Love it.

Thankfully in the process of moving out. This complex has gone downhill quickly. Loud neighbors that scream at each other and play loud music at night. No parking. Drugs seem to be becoming more common.

There are no posted for sale signs in this community. Prices vary depending on square footage, view and garage space.

Do the 1st floor 1br condos have a screened porch

As far as I know, they do not. It seems to be the first floor 2 and up bedrooms and all of the second floor.
