Great facility. Tennis courts, swimming pool, gym, bball court, vball court, playgrounds. Tennis courts need to be updated though. Lights are not good and very old style. Quite a few bulbs are not working. Courts need to be resurfaced and repainted.

The residents that remain in this neighborhood are absolutely disgraceful, disgusting, and ignorant. Vandalism and harassment should go against housing policy over there.

No actually I'm reciting out of St Petersburg beach now there is a lot of rentals out that way just to let you know $800 or less for one bedroom
