Unfortunately, they take as many applications as they can so that the landlord can choose the best one. This is really unethical and unprofessional. It makes me not even want to apply. Applications are not cheap and it seems like a way for them to rack in extra cash when they know only 1 application will be accepted, and the others denied but the money still collected. I've spoken to other companies that accept only 1 application at a time as it's first come first serve, since they don't want people wasting their money. That is how you do proper ethical business and Porzig should learn from the other companies. Most of these reviews are from people that are having their properties managed, not from residents.
