Strunk funeral home has always been caring, compassionate and professional in all dealings with my family and extended family. We have always relied on them for each loss.Trust me there are more than I can count. My father in law was a retired mortician and he chose Strunk. That speaks volumes. We have always been treated as family .All of our relatives were handled and treated with dignity. I'm sorry to hear you feel you had poor service. I have never witnessed anything but pure professionalism and respect. Just a little foot note.. .we have entrusted Strunk with close to 100 loved ones. Never Never had a complaint!

This year of course was a tough year due to the pandemic and the funeral was prepaid so of course we could not have the funeral as planned in the contract but I am disappointed in the funeral home because there was suppose to be a refund and it has been over two months and after several calls I still have not gotten the refund. I explained I wanted to use the refund towards a tree of life to be planted in my moms honor. My family has always used Strunks for many many years but I do not plan to use them in the future. In this day things are tough enough without having to Be aggravated because I can’t get the refund that is due without having to beg for it. It’s not even that big but they seem to have made up their minds to keep the money. As stated I will never use them again.
