My 2018 RV TT is 7' x 21'. I want to trade it for a larger one to accommodate my visiting adult kids. Could I park a similar one on same lot, but only hook up to electricity, not sewer?

Most parks won't allow it due to the amperage of the electrical boxes. You could call them.
