Newly built (just about a year)! The units are very nice...only major problem is the ants (we bought things to put down where we were seeing them; so, they seem to be under control in our unit for now)! For the price of we pay...we definitely shouldn't be having an ant issue! Was told they would come spray; but, that didn't happen (hence, us purchasing something ourselves)!

UPDATED REVIEW: I love this community. Very clean and highly renovated interiors along with amazing gym. Special shout out to Jarret and Andrea for helping me solve small issues. Their team is very good and prompt in offering high class service. Its been 2 months I moved and I love it here. I have an amazing experience with the leasing team at Enclave. I have been in touch with Amanda. She is very prompt, flexible and professional in her communication. Stood by everything she mentioned. I went back and forth regarding my lease start date and she was very co operative in the whole thing. I am excited to move to Florida from the North. I shall update about the apartment once I move in. Thanks Amanda.
