I go to this park on a weekly basis, I not only live off Big Tree, we had a family tragity happen here a few yeara ago and have a bench dedicated to a special woman. So to answer your questions Eva Johnson; No, there are no rails at all. A lot of the docks that were down there are now gone from the hurricane. Im not sure what Suzzan Nelson is talking about, Ive never seen anyone renting kayaks or canoes there ever? You can launch a boat there, but there are oysters everywhere, and there's no cut so you'll have to walk your boat out to the channel on the oysters. So I wouldn't recommend launching a boat here. Sorry
