Like it. Good location..great value..very nice residents...Park owners are Super....a bit noisey...at Ridgewood and Reed Canal...but u adjust....Very close to beach and shopping....

Most people are friendly, the rest keep to themselves. New tenants must pass a background check, and provide proof of income. Common areas are maintained by park management. Residence are responsible to maintain grounds two foot perimeter around mobile homes. Lot rents increase with expenses/tax increase. Current lot rent is $350, which includes 1000 gallons of water per month.
Mobile homes are not for rent. All sales are conducted by owners of the mobile homes.
