I believe it all depends on the person that’s checking for violations that day. Some may count one thing as a violation and some may not... and the thing is that ALL restaurants has violations, so if someone is really worried about restaurant violations then they might as well never eat out at all.

According to the news they had 26 violations. I'm certain that the place is spic and span right now. Besides, The Health Department allows for some violations...if not no one would EVER go out to eat. IJS...
Its true I seen it too but if there still open hopefully they cleaned up and keep it that way because I'm going to visit today
