Not sure what state you’re in, but in York county PA, you call your local office and tell them you need a replacement. They’ll ask you if you have the old one to swap. If the old one is lost or stolen, you’ll need an id to pick it up at your local office. They will give you the option of picking it up or receiving it by mail. If you need you card right away, I recommend picking it up at the time given because once you report it, they will deactivate the old one. It just like reporting a missing bank card.
