I am trying to get a hold of the assistance office but it keeps telling me at the end this is emergency message and then hangs up and i have lack of fuel what can i do to get a hold of them ?

I would say just keep on trying someone will eventually answer it took me a while when I called

Unless they were closed for a holiday or bad weather they should answer if calling during office hours. I would keep calling and trying different prompts until I reach some one to speak with.
