The employees need payed A LOT more for the B.S. they have to endure. My family member has been giving more than 20 years to this company and still can't make 15-20$hr. They take care of not one, not two, but three clients at thier home. Rutters gas station hires 17$, a gas station!!! my family member is a very hard worker. They take clients to appointments, answers the phone, cleans the house, helps with dinner, does the meds for clients, dishes, SHOPPING, and also take care of clients with mental health problems. Stop paying everyone the same, 20+ years of service deserves 20$+ an hour for working. People should not be loosing sleep, always tired, and in pain, just so your C.E.O. gets a few extra bucks... They should not be working harder, longer hours just to keep up with corporate greed. I'd appreciate you recognize those with seniority in a company to get payed better.I feel like the longer you stay somewhere at any job nowadays it's a bad thing. It used to mean a company would care about their loyal employees and pay them adequately for the services they provide for you.

Bell helps a lot of people and they have some really great staff. However, I am giving two stars, because Bell staff gives bad clients too many chances. Case in point, I pay 188.00 dollars a month for an apartment in Supported Housing. I'm on Disability, so this is a big chunk of my monthly payment. Since, I have moved there, I have had nothing but trouble with the tenants they place in the apartment above me. The first tenant was a drunk who partied from 4 in the afternoon until 5 in the morning. It took a year and a half for Bell to evict him. The second tenant had people living with him. The latest tenant has at least three people living with her (these are single person units) 24/7. They constantly run up and down the stairs, talk loudly, bang, roll things across the floor and move furniture. This is CONSTANT! IT NEVER STOPS! I have written numerous complaints, the landlord has witnessed the people going in and out of the apartment and they are still allowed to live there. Unbelievable! This is a clear violation of the lease, HUD rules, not to mention breaking fire codes, etc. I have PTSD and loud noises stress me out. I have the right to peaceful habitation in my dwelling, yet my rights are constantly violated and I get the added 'pleasure' of having to pay 188.00 dollars to live in an unlivable apartment. This has been going on for months. This tenant and her friends need to go. Bell needs to get tough on bad clients. Having a mental illness doesn't give a person the right to shirk responsibility. Meanwhile, I can't sleep or relax and I get to pay for that privilege. I'm being sarcastic. This truly sucks!

Rude staff plague Bell Socialization. I hope funders support more compassionate organizations. The receptionist said you need to get case management from York Adams mental health before you can get services. I learned this is untrue and the case manager mentioned the staff at Bell gives run around to people who seek services. I wanted to apply for Next Door but the staff at Bell were antagonistic
