On the first floor when you enter
There are tables in the front of the restaurant as you enter and just past the bar that are easily accessible. However the main dining is downstairs. Even if you carried a stroller down its a bit tight between tables.
I would say yes, they can accommodate you in the entrance level and you should be ok.
