All stores should be open, but you could google any food store to get the. times it opens and closes. I've done that for Stop and Shop, Target, Best Buy, Food Bazaar.
I just walked by Foodtown on Prospect Mount Vernon New York and it is open right now. I will get back to you later and tell you when they close
