On a few sites Im told that there is free interest at the Treasure Island and other sites says theres a resort fee which pays for the internet service. Is there a fee if you don't use the internet.

Most, if not all hotels/resorts charge a resort fee. Treasure Island do charge a resort fee and it does include internet.
