Pricing is in your terms/agreement for the booking. I would contact the manager. Depending on how it happened will dictate how much you will be charged. They simply add it to your final bill with the credit card on file.
Call the Front Desk of the hotel you'te staying at for what you'll need to do.
You broke a lamp I don't know maybe just call housekeeping or ask the maid have someone call maybe there's no charge sometimes accidents happen
