I was to receive a tetanus shot. The nurse damned the needle into my upper right arm where our sweat gland is located. It went into my bone. I have been gaining weight and having pains in my bones I never had.

Everybody file a complaint!

Since my first post, Baylor tried to charge us twice for our copay. Why? They mistyped the account number by one digit. Two phone calls and some emails later, the account is "paid" but no one from the hospital has made any attempt to let us know. We will not use this facility again.
