Nursing staff was great. The thearpy was Phenomenal. It wasn't till case management stepped in and made my stay horrible. I felt like I was forced out of where I felt the most comfortable at towards the end of my stay. Case management sent me to a place that I do not like and feel completely abandoned. I'm stuck now trying put together where I want to be with no help. I think that they need a whole new team that really cares about others well being because switching from 1 case manager to another I did not like.

The staff was nice. The food was good. When it came time for discharge, terrible. We had no instructions on what exercises to do.no information about the medication and worst of all they sent my son home with a feeding tube in and said to go see your primary care physician about getting it removed. Well the PC dr hasn't seen him since the first of the year and has no idea what is going on. So now I am making phone calls trying to get it done. Everyone is telling me that he should have never left Encompas with the tube in. It's been a week now and still haven't been able to get it removed. Encompas was wrong to let him leave without removing it and they have not been helpful in resolving this problem.

I Had a Close Friend, Assigned to this Location. Staff Was Great, Courtesy, Professional. If You Had a Question, They Gave You an Answer Quickly. Now it Looks Like I'm Going to Be a Patient at This Location Also.
