If you ordered online through a third-party like Grubhub or Eat24 you need to cancel with those websites. If you ordered through Sisson Pizza app/website you need to call when it isn't busy, explain the situation and if they don't want to refund your money still then as a last resort you can call your credit card company but they'll be charged for the refund and you won't be getting anymore late-night pizza
Sounds like you went to a food app. That could not have been a direct order if you got a confirmation number, this place doesnt give confirmation. There should be a number to call listed on your bank statement. Thats the server's contact line. THEY are the ones who took your money and obviously didnt forward your order to the restaurant.
