I will never purchase a unit from this store again First time I went they told me it was 100% human hair and it wasn't Second time I went I told them I wanted the unit that was on the head because that was the only one left in that color they were supposed to give me 10% off and they didn't and they gave me a different unit I will take my money to the store across the street from them from now on.

I'm so disgusted and disappointed in the service I received. I bought 2 wigs yesterday early evening and brought them home to show my husband. I opened one package and put it on. My husband loved it. I opened the other package and it didnt look like the mannequin and the way my husband reacted to the one I tried on I decided to exchange it. I saw a large sign stating 5 day exchange only so I wanted to exchange it quickly. Once there the girl at the register said that they do not exchange wigs and I should speak to the owner. The lady kept saying to me that she cannot accept it back in this condition. what condition? That is how the wig came. She repeated it over and over, implying that I wore it or did something to it. Mind you that I only wanted to get another one of the one my husband loves. It would have been better to tell me no exchanges on wigs than to call me a liar to my face. I will NEVER come back. I suggest finding a wig place where the owners dont call their patronage liars.
