they sent me a letter 2 months after I went in for a check up, they said to call immediately. That was 3 weeks ago. I've been calling since because they said I have abnormal lab results. No one has yet to answer the phone for me. They tell me to hold and put me on hold immediately without even saying hello or anything, I understand they have other patients. But I've been waiting for 3 weeks now and no one has called me back or answered the phone. Horrible place of business. Do not recommend.

I've received a text to call and make an appointment but when I did call to do so my wait time was35:38 minutes . I made sure that I Screenshot the time that I was on hold it's 12:02 you do the math this just not only the first time it's like my 4th time that I can actually say but something needs to be done, I don't know when lunch starts for C.H.S. Medical Receptionist but for me 12:00pm -12:30 lunchtime is for me., Okay wait time now is 41:14 and it's 12:06pm.okay after waiting for 48:14 seconds that whom ever at the phone whom ever answer the phone hung the phone up after wards without a Hi Dog, hey B****, what ever but nothing..

Labs are open on sat i go all the time. All other offices are closed except childs behavioral and the only person available istbat office is the childrens psychiatrist. He is the only one available on Saturday no therapists.
